I waited for quite some time for the refund before contacting the seller, and he responded by telling me that while the "offer" had expired (?), he would be happy to offer me a $3 refund - and told me they don't combine shipping! I guess he just lied in response to my messages about combined shipping. AVOID!! I prefer honest sellers.
