The top one you have to really, REALLY press hard to get it to work, which I can deal with if that was the only issue. However, the side buttons for brightness and volume do not respond whatsoever, no matter how you press them... that is, until it decides to suddenly crank the volume or brightness up to 100. Same goes for turning it down. Disappointed :(
