- e***s (149)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseItem description misleadingly claimed "Still vacuums well!" but brush was broken/jammed so brushes wouldn't turn and it couldn't vacuum, repeatedly shutting off in 30-60 seconds with error code. Inspection of jammed brush discovered a lab micro-spoon wedged inside, but removal didn't fix the jam, and the brush's rubber cover was detached from axle so even if it wasn't jammed it wouldn't clean. Seller never responded to my messages before ordering and after having problem - zero communication.
