        Lovely detail and the sound is lots of fun. Really wanted to like this lovely engine, but the performance was sluggish. I had heard about Paragon 3 locos being underpowered, perhaps that's so. Customer service was very helpful. Although it appears they pay for replacements, but not returns/refunds? But still, nice folks to deal with.
