      Pictures vs description misleading. No return policy. Don't make same mistake I did. When 4 bass drum tension rods/claws are shown but listing says 8pc... it's literally 8 pieces - 4 claws and 4 rods. Not 8 rods/claws as many people need for 1 side of a bass drum. Seller no sympathy for mistakes. Such is life. Stuck with parts I won't use.

      Item was accurately described as 8 pieces as seen in picture. That is 4 tension rods and 4 claws. (Not 16). Buyer then mentions having drinking beer and that people make mistakes when drinking. It’s not our fault that the buyer assumed he was going to get 2 X the amount of the description of the item. Buyer shouldn’t be buying things on eBay if he isn’t in the right mind to know what he is doing. The messages from this buyer were reported to eBay. We are honest unlike this buyer.
