Did not mention it in description or else I would have not purchased this item from this seller 😕 as a result of this phone being rooted, I am unable to use key functions of my phone, which is why I got a Samsung in the first place as opposed to a regular android. I do not know how to unroot my phone an it's caused alot of issues due to security breaches. I feel like it should have been mentioned in the description.

- s***1 (55)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseDon’t buy phones from this seller I bought a phone that was a open box flawless working phone which that was a lie as soon as I got it the S pen was saying not connected had to get a new one and then had to replace the charging port and the speaker and A1-Cellular discovered there was 8 screws missing from the inside of the phone and spent a extra $119 thought that would fix it then it said no service and AT&T trouble shot everything and said the phone was no good!! It was a reject
