The target arrival date was May 29th. It is now May 30th and tracking shows it is still in pre-shipment with USPS awaiting receipt of the item. This is the worst seller I have encountered in 27 years of both buying and selling on eBay. I have not found a way to directly speak with an eBay rep to file a complaint, only through “chat” with no response.

On the 9th, he marked item shipped and told me he had shipped, but did not. changed the tracking number 3 times.. Ebay would not let me cancel the order because the seller marked item shipped. Finally received on the 17th! I understand shipping problems, but this seller flat out LIES!
