Realistically, you're not going to be just grabbing many teeth and pulling them out. This allows you to grab broken roots and bits that you otherwise wouldn't. This particular F1 forcep is ideal because of it's wide jaws that taper. Many F1 forceps just haves straight jaws which isn't that useful because you can't grab much with them, only at the very tip.
