When buying this, I knew it wasn't going to be perfect. The plastic around the wand was broken and had a pretty good size hole in it, and the gas tank was caved in a little on top with a couple dings. All of this is cosmetic and doesn't affect the performance of the machine at all. It started on the second pull and ran great. No complaints on the performance. Very good pressure compared to others I've used.
