The product description stated "99% New." I'm not sure what that means but I can tell you it definitely looked used! The seller stated a new battery was needed but failed to mention the overclocking control board was not included either. Also, Memory DIMM slots #1 and #2 were dead. Mobo still works for my application. Buyer is happy. Thank you.
