The listing said new with tags (not the designer, but a department store). The dress has clearly been worn and retagged with a random, ragged tag. There is pilling and signs of wear and dirt at the hem, some light staining on the body and deodorant still on the dress. I don’t really want to fight about who did what and am hoping dry cleaning makes it serviceable.

The flowers would have to be sewn down so they would stay flat. My usual size is a 12, and this dress fit more like a size 8, so I had to return it.
