Unfortunately, despite them being very clear in the photos of a dent near the battery compartment, they said it functioned 100% normally though I found the battery compartment easy to get stuck. It should’ve been something they mentioned along with the damage. Other than that, it was a great experience and I’d even consider getting another camera from them.
