The packaging was done very well and the lamp was accurately described with the exception of were it had been damaged. Sadly the breaking of the bridge arm during shipping destroyed the value of the lamp. I started a return request and amazingly after offering four pictures showing the damage the return authorization was completed. The communication with the seller was great and the quick response by eBay was remarkable. Thanks.
