    Order was cancelled due to damage to item. I asked for pictures of it and if were possible to purchase at a discounted rate but was told the item had been returned to the supplier and they had no duplicates. These have been several years out of manufacture and are increasingly expensive and hard to find. I am leaving neutral feedback only because Grace was very polite. However the customer service from the company is unfortunately lacking. If the item had damage, shouldn’t the seller have known?
