I was sent a digipack CD (meaning it's a CD housed in a thin cardboard sleeve) and it was sent in a thin cardboard envelope with no bubblewrap or any thick cardboard to prevent it being bent during shipping. The envelope itself WAS bent. I would have thought a supposed reputable seller would have done much better. I have ordered from them before and packaging was much more suitable to the item. Maybe I should have read the recent feedback first.
