This is not a necklace! It is a choker. I couldn’t fit it. My mom could barely fit it. My daughter said it’s a no for her on length. I had to give it to my four year old niece who it fits better. This measures at 14” inches, if anybody is interested in this necklace. It also comes in a generic blue box, bubbled wrap with no tags attached, so it can be used for all I know, but I am giving the seller benefit of the doubt.
