Sadly although all the other plates and ornaments that I have received over the past few weeks arrived intact this Santa jug arrived in pieces. I felt that it was not packed tight enough.

I’m sorry your item was damaged in the shipping process.. As always, I securely pack any fragile items in a box wrapped with bubble wrap and inside of another box.. this sometimes happens when the package is not handled properly in its journey to the buyer.. I’m not sure why over 10 days has passed since the delivery date and no communication from you to me has been sent! This is the only item you have purchased from me so I’m not sure of other items you mentioned. Communication is key!
