Window ring is too big for the window frame. None of the hardware for installing this unit came with the window. The ring holes don’t line up at all with the window track. This is a terrible terrible set.
Please provide me with a refund back to my credit card. I can’t use this window at all. Poor quality control.

Are the bolt holes supposed to line up with the strut bolts? Luckily i am a welder by trade and have the skills to correct misalignment and i can repaint brace to match my car! No response on communication, No return translates to “ We know it has issues” !
