STAY AWAY!! The seller refunded my order but they never shipped the cards in the first place. They proceeded to never reply to a single message I sent and blocked me from bidding on their items in the future… unprofessional and rude. I understand that if an item sells for less than you’d optimally receive, it can be a bummer. But you shouldn’t list for less than you want to make. Waste of time, just avoid this seller. Worst communication I’ve had on eBay.

Cards were shipped, buyer says not received on a open claim and I refunded. This buyer has now been blocked from multi seller accounts. There is no way to make this type of a buyer happy. He did not ask for a reshipment.
He did send a message only opened a claim.
If he had sent a message I would have offered a reshipment or a refund.

The followup feedback is deceptive. I did message the seller THREE TIMES and did not receive any response, so I opened a case with eBay and they refunded me. However, when I asked for proof of shipment or even for the tracking they never responded. There was no way to prove they shipped the cards and I asked for a replacement and they never responded. I have photos of all of my messages to prove. This is a sad reality of some eBay sellers and hopefully a learning experience for this seller.
