Major damage to the collectible item. The paint on the tire falls off and sticks to the protective plastic. Since the item is intended to be displayed as such, it is worthless. The seller offered a $10 refund and apologized for not controlling the quality. I declined the offer because the item cost $62 in total. I asked to return the damaged item and to send me another without damage. He claimed NEW in the description. The seller has been ignoring me for the last 3 days. Not recomended!
