Got coin was happy took it out ov pack 2 put in my folder with my other collection 2 find it's tonned so bad and message seller 2 be told out ov there hands and it's what it is when it's in a pack and 2 dip it which am not happy about and shouldn't have 2 with the price I payed

Sorry to hear you have opened a sealed Royal Mint Presentation Pack from 9 years ago and have found the obverse of the coin to be toned, I'm afraid a coin in a Sealed Royal Mint Presentation Pack we can only see the reverse of the coin and cannot not see if a coin is toned on the obverse of the coin is this part hidden inside the pack.
