Seller was very communicative. Asked losts of questions about item preferences and even offered refunds ahead of time prior to shipping being delayed a bit. Honestly, I've never had a buying experience like this and it was super helpful.
As for the item itself. Plastic quality isnt the greatest but it is holding up to normal use, which is what I was afraid of most. One small part broke but it was fixable. Weapon pegs are a little mangled, but useable with patience.
