Item was labeled as new but I have my doubts. I’ve purchased multiple games from the publisher that made this game. The shrink wrap was different than all the rest - it was around the the paper sleeve and baggy versus tightly around the jewel case within the sleeve. The jewel case then fits within a sleeve with a sticker seal on each side. Only one sticker seal was present on the sleeve, however, with faint sticker residue where it’d normally had been. The disc also had light scratching.
