The item sent over by the seller is defective. The face of the figure is discoloured, which doesn't happen with new figures.

Greetings, Sorry to see your comment. For anyone else that might see this, please note I'm sending the buyer:1) Pictures of 3 similar figures. Buyers and these are new in plastic / unopened blister packages. 10000% new. 2) Up close pictures of all 3, showing the same discoloration. IN MY OPINION, THIS IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK DIRTY/UNSHAVEN/STUBBLE. 3) I'm offering the buyer a full refund of their $37. And they can keep it. However, hopefully they realize this is what it should look like.
