The seller agreed prior to sale to lower shipping from
$18 to $10.35. After the sale, seller claimed she had no control over selling costs and couldn’t change it, saying EBay set the price. Seller unwilling to lower selling costs after stating she would prior to sale. I requested a credit/partial refund of the $8 difference in shipping, but the only refund was full if I wanted to return the jeans. I did want the jeans so paid more than I ever have for any clothing piece to be shipped!
