Item was received broken due to not properly packing. However after speaking to them on this issue we were able to come to an arrangement. Overall I am happy with the instrument though I have to get it repaired before I can play it. I hope in the future more care is taken into shipping internationally to prevent this. Overall the seller seams reasonable and this was not intentional and I woud recommend them.
