Advertised like new but it was incomplete, missing coupler which is completely different than estándar ones

The Item was delivered as described. As this is a center add on car it came without couplers. I tried to help this customer and was able to find what he needed in Germany. The German seller does not ship to the USA, so I offered to buy it and have it shipped to the US than forward it at cost. This triggered a the request about me paying for it all. I declined to do so oif course and now I have this feedback. Since years I am helping customers and once in while it seems not to appreciated.
