The shoes are brand new, perfect and comfy. Unfortunately, the listing didn't mention they shows were being sold without the cleat adapters for the bottom of the shoe. Since they are cycling shoes, a buyer would expect it comes with everything that the shoes are supposed to come with unless it is stated otherwise in the description. It's like assuming the shoes would come with the sole but they didn't (this is an example).
