Item was shipped at the very max of 10 business days putting it way off of the predicted arrival time. Secondly, I was provided the wrong tracking number and received notifications of my package being delivered when it has not. My questions were not answered timely nor were some answered at all. Both boxes, particulary the Gawain was brutally damaged during the shipping process, cannot put to much blame to the seller for FedEx's poor care as the package was somewhat bubble wrapped.

Products box was smashed in transit. I would prefer if a collectable model kit I paid double p-bandai price would be shipped in a proper box and not an envelope internationally where it is prone to damage and putting my kit at risk. Please get cardboard boxes or provide the option of shipping in a box.
