This is an attractive resemblance to a pitambari sapphire (blue and yellow), but due to the scarcity, expense and legendary attributes of pitambaris, these created stones are available. The bottom of this stone, on the back side is a separate, attached, bright red stone which reflects enticingly in the facets of the top stone. Both stones might be "natural" as their certificate says.
