When you get these earrings, you'll see immediately how beautiful they are and how HEAVY they are. So, since I liked both parts of the earring and did not want to send them back, I took them apart and made two pairs out of one. When I separated them carefully, I used a citrine drop to hang from the crumpled cap. Lighter and really bright and sparkly. The green dangle just went on a wire-wearing them now and they're very comfortable and light. Two for one!
