I placed an order for 3 items at 10:33pm. Realizing I the shipping address was not correct, I cancelled the order at 10:36pm. 2 of the items were successfully cancelled and I was able to re-order. 7 hours later, this seller denied my cancellation and shipped anyway. The seller told me to deny the package, which is not an option with UPS or USPS and made no effort to update shipping information on my behalf. Each time I contacted the seller the response time was 24 hours.
