Great engine and deal. I’m satisfied with the performance but I didn’t like the lack of communication at delivery. If it wasn’t for my neighbor intercepting it, I would have missed it. I called and messaged multiple times but nothing. When I did get to my neighbor’s house to check it out, I saw my phone number in two places clearly on the wrapping. Someone could’ve call me tho. Overall, they’ve got reliable parts for decent prices.

I am very sorry you are dissatisfied. The communication, is the the shipping side, all I can do is provide you with the shipping information, due to it being a residential delivery, its up to you to communicate with the carrier, I sent you a message with the tracking information and you had to set up a delivery time. If the item was shipped to a business with normal business hours there would have been no need for an appointment. Past that I can not do anything.
