Very disappointed. I paid for item and shipping, and notified the seller twice that I had not received.
I'd hoped they would follow up and resolve.
It has been almost a month and I still have not received. All they have told me is to keep waiting.
USPS has not been able to track since May 2nd. eBay put my resolution on hold for over 3 weeks.
I purchased this to give as a gift but had to buy something else instead. I'm not waiting any longer.

Your order was promptly shipped out the next day after it was placed. I always refund buyers first if there is a delay with USPS. But your package is on time, it takes 4-6 weeks from Missouri to Hawaii through USPS ground. I’ve confirmed with Hawaii’s USPS that it’s within the expected timeframe and forwarded their email to you. But you refused to believe it. After that I offered to send you full refund first, on condition that you return the item if receive it later. You also turned that down.
