As a single mom it is hard to trust people especially when buying car parts. The seller and I agreed to a price and he came thru for me as agreed. The part came as specs to the exeption of the light that is not working, the specs did not speak of the light not working and when I contacted the seller, he offered to send me another one, still pending. Other than that, I feel he is trustworthy, respectful and honest. Qualities hard to find.

Unfortunately the item arrived broken or cracked in many areas
I don’t know how seller was contacted and he asked to return it , still trying to find how this procedure is done. Especially I paid an extra 50 dollars to ship it to Saudi Arabia , seller asked to return item back, but this may cost me double the price all the way from Saudi Arabia.

Hello, when you use a freight forwarding company and they re pack it we cannot control if they break it during that process. We offered a full refund once the return is opened and you’ve returned the item. That included free return label as well as the original shipping cost to the original address.
