When pressing the power button, the PS3 shows a green light. However, despite being on, the system does not output a video signal when testing through HDMI. I was unable to test it using AV cables. The fans began to ramp up to near or at full speed as I was testing the machine. I suspect it is an issue with the GPU, though I do not know for sure. One thing is clear: the system needs to be fixed. NO RETURNS!”
