I don’t feel the seller was very helpful when I asked if I could cancel the order because I made a mistake. He didn’t answer until almost 24 hours later, then said he already shipped it earlier that day, which is not the case, otherwise he would have seen my message. Just disappointing.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I responded to your message about 11 hours after you sent it, which is still not ideal, but far better than the 24 hours. If you check the UPS tracking number and click "View Details" then "Shipment Progress" you can see how early the label was created and the package was dropped off. I typically get packages situated early in the morning to get them shipped out as efficiently as possible.
