Item was shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. Tumbler and lid received broken. Straw received intact. Seller states "item was packaged well" and "product was bubble wrapped. Seller states he has no responsibility for damage during shipping. If the tumbler was packaged well, why did I receive a damaged, unusable item? The tumbler was picked up in my trash this morning, but I still have the pieces of the lid. $15.70 is a lot to pay for a straw. As a retiree on social security, it hurts.
