I received what I ordered very quickly, the only thing that greatly upset me was that the tube was squeezed into the parcel it was shipped in. So when I snipped about half an inch from the top to open the package I also cut through the plastic of the tube & now the ointment is not fully sealed & even taping around the top hasn’t kept product from seeping out. The remedy is simple: ship in a parcel large enough to accommodate the tube without it being squeezed in without any breathing room!!!
