UNPROFESSIONAL. I am 10 time+ repeat customer spending at least $20k. This last time, I won at below the going rate and asked a question after. Seller did not reply keeping me in a limbo and immediately cancel tansaction after the 4 days required by Ebay. Later after insisting repeatedly, I got a message that they had relisted te item on buy it now for me. I checked it was sold already. They banned my account when I suggested that they had bought it themselves using a different account. TERRIBLE
