Seller accepted my offer, payment was made promptly, and I thought the deal was made. After almost two weeks without any action taken except to set up a shipping label, I contacted her for a progress report. It appears that she never took the package to the post office, nor did she intend to follow through on the deal. Her lame explanations and instant refund led me to this conclusion. I am extremely disappointed, particularly because she relisted the item at full price immediately thereafter.
