They are said to be bare root plants so my expectations were raised higher than should be as they were five healthy little plug plants,I’ve planted them and they seem to be ok.,much younger and more delicate than any other bare root plants I have received,they were said to have flowered,it’s very obvious mine were too young to have flowered yet.

I was happy with my purchase at a good price but disappointed when it did not arrive on time so contacted the seller and they apologised and offered me the option of waiting for another item or a refund by this time they were advertising the item at a higher price but still showed stock so I chose to wait They sent me a refund after it wasnt replaced after 10 days without telling me now they are showing out of stock and reduced the price I can only think they are playing games or no idea

Hi there, to clarify - once notified your order had not arrived within the given timeframe, I chased it up with the courier service who informed me that your order had unfortunately become damaged and was therefore undeliverable. Prices increase/decrease based on stock bought, an increase in new stock bought = a higher selling price. I sincerely apologise for the incident, however with this being out of my control and I can only sell stock at certain price points for so long.
