Item not as described. Item arrived with fire damage soot, and bad smell. Listing had no info about fire damage, soot, or bad smell, all of which obvious when viewed in person. Listing stated "NO RETURNS". Wrote to seller about no mention of fire damage or soot in listing. We did not ask for a return or refund. Seller took no responsibility, accused us of having oversensitive noses. Beware seller plays hardball and may mislead in postings, take your $, and take no responsibility later.

Buyer has Acute Olfactory Senses! Claimed their clothes needed to be washed and carpets cleaned in the room where the frame was unpacked, Due to Extreme smell of smoke, REALLY? Claimed there were visible signs of charring and soot? See the pictures, NOTHING! Disassembled frame and used Extreme cleaning measures BEFORE contacting me, A return would have been offered had they NOT done this. There were No visible signs of exposure to fire, nor were there any odors emanating from the frame.
