I have no complaints! The seller had excellent communication skills and bent over backwards to resolve issue with items that were defective from the factory. She promptly sent a replacement entirely on her nickel to resolve the issue with first item shipped. Customer support at item's manufacturer is hot and cold depending on particular individual one is assigned in the call received queue. Unfortunate, but entirely beyond this EXCELLENT eBay seller's control. An EXCELLENT eBay seller!!!
