I'm a typical anime Otaku weeb since the 80s and never have I had such an unprofessional Japanese seller. I asked them to FedEx, not to use DHL. Purchased the item, they forgot I wanted FedEx after I paid for it and noted it several times. Took them 10 days to ship, and 3 weeks to arrive so you do the math.
