Item was ordered on March 11 with an estimated delivery date of 3/13 - 3/15. Contacting the seller only resulted in a canned response in addition to the item only showing "paid" and not "shipped" on the purchase page. Communication from the seller was not great and the item never showed up, so I had to ask eBay for a refund. I did order other items from the seller which arrived, but this item was a no show and lackluster communication from the seller only made the issue worse.
