This process was nothing but headache. Submitted an offer, seller accepted the offer and then tried to get more money afterwards. I wasn’t happy so I requested a refund. Seller refused to refund the money and sent the item anyway. Item is broken, can be fixed with wood glue. (would have included photos, but the conversation is the main complaint) not happy with the product, doesn’t play at all. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Item is decor only. Would not buy from seller again for any reason whatsoever.

I am sorry for this because I asked you for shipping cost and it was my biggest mistake and it must have happened during shipment so we have improved our packaging and it will not happen again.

The item is quite lovely and exactly as described. The shipping was super fast. In fact, this is the quickest I’ve ever received an eBay order! Two messages from the seller requesting feedback before I even got home and opened the package was a bit over the top though. But I do understand the importance of positive feedback so hopefully the seller waits at least 24 hours before requesting this going forward. Otherwise the item is great and I definitely recommend purchasing!

This is a $358.97 piece of junk. This is so cheaply made it’s disgusting. I would send it back but it’s from overseas and I can’t waste more time and money. The globe is just several stickers over a round ball. You can see all the seems where they come together. The tripod is the flimsiest thing ever. Barely stands on its own. I’m so mad at myself for buying this piece of cheap garbage. Please don’t make the same mistake as me. This item isn’t worth 3.97. The pictures are very deceiving.
