Pet me start by saying the seller has been in great communication. The item arrived damaged. Not from shipping but left the factory with a broken nut/neck area on the fretted neck and a broken bridge saddle on the fretless neck. I did reach out and ask for a full refund and to return the item. Waiting for my refund and the return protocol. Once I get my full refund I will gladly change the feedback but this far this hasn’t been a great experience. I feel that others should know my experience
