Der Käufer hat mehr als einen Monat nach Erhalt des Artikels einen Antrag auf Rückgabe aufgrund von Überlegungen gestellt. Trotzdem wurde die Rücksendung angenommen. Danach hat er das Produkt 20 Tage lang nicht zurückgeschickt. Er behauptet, er könne es auf unbestimmte Zeit behalten und zurückschicken, wann er wolle.
