I’m really disappointed with my purchase.
For starters, I’ve got a completely different item than the one I ordered.
Not only is a different brand that what it says on the box but also a really old Magnabox dvd which doesn’t even play blu ray disc

Item was sealed originally when purchased from third party seller and was told it was new. Buyer contacted me once item arrived and immediately left negative feedback before reaching out about the issue??? Purchase was immediately refunded without question or being asked to return since I cannot prove otherwise. Due to this experience sellers now must open all new items to verify before listing???
